Porta Soprana

PLACES OF INTEREST

An ogival arch with a fresco reproducing the municipal coat of arms and the coats of arms of the Savoy royal family with storm drain datable to the fifteenth century.
The facade, restored at the beginning of the century, represents one of the most fascinating medieval views . It was the most important of the four entrance gates to the village, to which one could access to the village by crossing the only wooden bridge over the river Rea (named Ponte Vecchio).
